Caught in blur of schedules and timetables, people in today’s world often thirst for a richer inner life and real heart communion with God. On most third Sunday evenings of the month, First Baptist holds a contemplative service of prayer, scripture and silent meditation in the style of Taizé to offer a time of communal contemplation. A cross-section of persons throughout our community attend our Taizé service on a regular basis.
